🔧 Structural Steel Detailers

Experience: 2-5 years

Software: Tekla Structures, SDS2

Create detailed 3D models and shop drawings for structural steel projects. Generate fabrication-ready data including BOM, NC files, and material reports.

Proficiency in Tekla Structures or SDS2
Knowledge of AISC standards
Understanding of steel fabrication processes
Ability to model connections accurately
Experience with commercial/industrial projects

📐 Connection Design Engineers

Experience: 3-7 years

Software: Tekla, STAAD.Pro, AISC Design Guide

Design and analyze structural steel connections per AISC specifications. Provide PE-certified calculations for fabricators and contractors.

Strong knowledge of AISC 360 & 341
Experience with connection design software
Ability to optimize connections for fabrication
PE license preferred (or path to PE)
Understanding of seismic and wind design

⚙️ Mechanical Design Engineers

Experience: 3-6 years

Software: PV Elite, SolidWorks, AutoCAD

Design pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks, and static equipment per ASME codes. Generate fabrication drawings and specifications.

ASME Section VIII pressure vessel design
Experience with PV Elite software
Knowledge of API 650/653 standards
Material selection and welding knowledge
FEA experience preferred

🔩 Piping Design Engineers

Experience: 2-5 years

Software: Plant 3D, CADWorx, CAESAR II

Design piping systems, create P&IDs, generate isometrics, and perform pipe stress analysis for process plants and industrial facilities.

3D piping design in Plant 3D or CADWorx
Pipe stress analysis (CAESAR II)
Knowledge of ASME B31.1/B31.3
Experience with piping support design
Understanding of process equipment

💻 CNC Programmers

Experience: 2-4 years

Software: Tekla, SDS2, CAM software

Generate optimized NC code for CNC plasma, laser, and oxy-fuel cutting machines. Optimize nesting to reduce material waste by 15-25%.

Experience with CNC programming
Nesting optimization skills
Understanding of cutting processes
Knowledge of post-processors
Fabrication background preferred

✓ QA/Checkers

Experience: 5+ years

Software: Tekla, SDS2, Bluebeam

Perform quality assurance review of structural models, drawings, and calculations. Ensure 99.99% accuracy before project delivery.

Extensive detailing/design experience
Strong knowledge of codes and standards
Attention to detail and quality focus
Experience with QA processes
Ability to mentor junior engineers

📊 Project Managers

Experience: 7+ years

Skills: Project coordination, client management

Manage engineering projects from intake to delivery. Coordinate with clients, manage project teams, ensure quality and timeline adherence.
